How to identify a job/employment scam


If you've been approached by scammers, you may receive unsolicited messages about job opportunities you weren't aware of. Their aim is to steal your personal information or trick you into paying money.


Here are some signs that it could be a scam:

  • Use of non-company email addresses instead of corporate domains (refer to our verified domains for communication).

  • Fake job advertisements promising guaranteed jobs or income.

  • If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

  • Vague job descriptions or requirements designed to lure you into responding or asking questions.

  • Requests for payment related to training, equipment, checks, or application fees.

  • Demands for personal information like passport or bank account details.

  • Links to dubious websites.​

When in doubt, we will only reach out from one of our domains: nadiamed.co.uk nadiamedhealthcare.co.uk, nadiamedhealthcare.com. For email correspondence, our consultants will only use our official domains listed above, following the format of name@[domain].com, e.g., j.doe@nadiamedhealthcare.co.uk.
